Burrata Apricot Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Mövenpick Fruit Spread Apricot
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar/balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • A little salt
  • 1 bunch basil
  • 1 burrata
  • 100 g pine nuts

Preparation

  1. For the vinaigrette, mix the apricot fruit spread, the honey, the white wine vinegar, the olive oil and some salt.
  2. Roast the pine nuts.
  3. Cut the burrata into quarters and arrange in bowls.
  4. Divide the vinaigrette among the bowls.
  5. Sprinkle with basil and pine nuts.
