Chocolate hazelnut pralines

Ingredients

  • Approx. 200 g chocolate butter cookies/dark cookies
  • 6 tablespoons coconut milk
  • Coconut flakes
  • Mövenpick Hazelnut Crème Nut Nougat
  • Sprinkle decoration as desired (in the video: freeze-dried raspberries)

Preparation

  1. Put the cookies in a blender, chop finely and put in a small bowl.
  2. Add coconut flakes to the cookies in the large bowl.
  3. Add 6 tablespoons of coconut milk and stir everything briefly with a spoon.
  4. Knead as much nut-nougat-cream into the crumbs until you get a loose dough that doesn’t stick anymore (approx. 3 heaped tablespoons).
  5. Shape the dough into small balls the size of a praline.
  6. Roll half of the balls in coconut flakes, the other half in other sprinkle decor.
