Croissant buns

Ingredients

  • Mövenpick Fruit Spread Forest Blueberry
  • Blackberries
  • Croissant dough (e.g. from a can)
  • 100 g cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • Juice of half a lemon & some grated lemon juice

Preparation

  1. For the croissant buns, wrap a triangle of croissant dough around a hollow on the back of a muffin tray and press down. It is best to grease the tray!
  2. Bake at 180° C convection oven for 12-14 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil in between, if the buns should become too dark.
  3. Whip the cream and stir in some cream cheese, lemon juice and lemon zest.
  4. Fill the buns with the mixture.
  5. Put some fruit spread on the buns.
  6. Decorate the buns with a blackberry.
