Hearty black cherry and cheese buns

Ingredients

  • Mövenpick Less Sugar Fruit Spread Black Cherry
  • 1 x puff pastry
  • Goat cheese
  • Pecans
  • Orange
  • Thyme

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry into a square.
  3. Spread the puff pastry with the fruit spread.
  4. Sprinkle the goat cheese crumbs over the jam, then sprinkle the chopped pecans and add some thyme.
  5. Roll up the dough and cut into 2-3 cm wide slices with a sharp knife.
  6. Grease a muffin tray well with butter or cooking spray and fill with the slices.
  7. Bake the snails for about 15 minutes, let cool briefly and garnish with fresh orange zest for a special flavor kick.
