Quark Snack Cake
Ingredients
- 300 g cream
- 1 pck. cream stiffener
- 30 g powdered sugar
- 250 g cream cheese
- 4 pcs Mövenpick Quark Snack Chocolate Vanilla
- 50 ml lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Mövenpick Fruit Spread Raspberry
Preparation
- Whip the cream and add the cream stiffener and powdered sugar.
- Cut the Quark Snacks into small pieces
- Mix cream and cream cheese and add lemon juice and chopped Quark Snacks.
- Spread the fruit spread on the cake base.
- Spread the Quark Snack mixture on top and smooth everything down a bit.
- At the end you can decorate the cake with more Quark Snacks and it’s ready!
