<ul><li>Mövenpick Brownie</li><li>250 g white couverture </li><li>50 g dark chocolate coating </li><li>Marshmallows</li><li>Orange food coloring </li></ul>



Preparation

<ol><li>Cut the brownie into squares. </li><li>Melt the white chocolate coating over a water bath.</li><li>Color the white chocolate with the orange food coloring. </li><li>Fix each marshmallow with a chocolate blob on a brownie square. </li><li>Pipe the orange colored chocolate over the brownies with the marshmallows. </li><li>Paint faces on the marshmallows with the dark chocolate coating. </li></ol>
